Mr. Pannalal Jain is the pillar behind the start of the Business with Jute trading and gradually building it up to a company that is being managed by his 2 sons today. His exposure to the Jute trade goes back 50 years from now and he still continues to be involved in the business on a daily basis. Absolute dedication and focus in the trade has made him a well known face in the Jute Trade. He is a commerce graduate and stands behind for all the support and guidance that is required for the company to move to newer heights.

Jitendra Jain

Jitendra popularly known as “Jitu” is the elder son of Mr. Pannalal Jain, born & brought up in Kolkata, West Bengal and has braced this city for last 48years. He completed his studies from Don Bosco School, Liluah and completed his graduation from Xravier’s College, Kolkata. He is an ICWA Rank holder and a Chartered Accountant. He has dedicatedly worked in Jute Industry for past 20years and also has over 10 years of business experience in Petroleum Industry and Construction. Mr. Jain has worked with some renowned clients from the Jute Industry namely Landlow Jute Mills, Hoogly Jute Mills, Premchand Jute Mills etc. His plan to diversify in the business of Human Resources is a well-drawn succession plan, to make it up in the areas of Recruitment, Training, Staffing and Skill Development.

Pravin Jain


Pravin the younger son of Mr. Pannalal Jain has completed his studies from Don Bosco School, Liluah is a graduate from Bhawanipur Gujarati Education Society. He has been working with Mr. Jitendra & Mr. Pannalal Jain in the Jute Industry since 20 years and 10 years in the Petroleum & Construction Business. He has worked with some renowned clients from the Jute Industry like Pabartak Jute Mills, Birla Corporation Ltd etc.

Rajesh Bhattacharya

General Manager – Human Resources

Rajesh is a performance driven Post Graduate in IRPM, with 25 plus years of Corporate and Consulting experience. His work entails various industry exposure from an executive level till managing operations nationally. Rajesh has been involved in setting up and heading start-up operations with P&L responsibilities. Some of the corporates he worked for are Starling Group, Ask Me, Sodexo India, Bajaj Allianz, NISSparta, Reliance Communications & Reliance HR Services. During his career Rajesh has been a Management & Leadership Skill Development Trainer and is certified to conduct Sales Skills Training, Soft & Behavioral Skill Training, Outbound Training based on Experiential Learning. He has been a One on One Coach for many corporate employees, to bring in skill development & behavioral change thus enhancing their Individual Performance. Rajesh has received several awards during his schooldays and during his service tenure for performance and being a trusted employee for past 25 years and he anticipates many more such rewards in the years to come.
